Reflect on your bookish life in 2015…
I can’t believe today is the last day of 2015. What a year it has been! I plan on doing a 2015/2016 post on Monday, but as for my bookish 2015, it’s been a good year. I far surpassed my reading goal of 200 books.
I’ve read harder books than I’ve ever read before–I’m even working through 1200 pages of Middle English epic poetry right now! I hit the first 100 books off the Boxall list. I got through most of the PopSugar challenge, but I sort of gave up on it, just because I was focusing on other things.
But the most important thing of the year for me was really launching my own domain. It was rough and it was challenging, and unfortunately I didn’t maintain as much readership as I had on the old blog (I think because following isn’t as easy on .org as .com). I’m still really glad I did it though. I have more control over my content and my “branding” if you want to call it that. I have more options for tracking. I’m always thinking of ways to improve or content to add. As always, I appreciate your readership!
